I don't know about you but breakfast is my favourite. I mean all breakfast foods. Breakfast for breakfast, breakfast for lunch, breakfast for dinner I love breakfast!!! hahaha

Here are 5 awesome easy healthy breakfast recipes, high in protein. All recipes include macro breakdown.

#1 Proats

Protein oatmeal yumm

What you need:

1/2 cup Oats

1 scoop Protein Powder

1 tbps. Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Berries

*mix protein in after oats and water have set.


Macro Breakdown:

Total Calories: 385 kcal

Protein: 36.5g

Carbs: 38g

Fat: 10.5g




#2 Protein yogurt bowl

What you need:

200g Greek yogurt

1/2 scoop Protein powder

1/4 cup Protein granola

1/2 cup Berries


Macro Breakdown:

Total Calories: 390 kcal

Protein: 36.5g

Carbs: 45g

Fat: 7g




#3 Protein Pancakes

What you need:

1/2 scoop protein powder

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup egg whites

1/2 banana

dash of cinnamon

blend together

*can also add peanut butter on top- do it so good

Protein: 33g

Carbs: 42g

Fat: 3g


#4 Breakfast shake

What you need:

1 scoop Protein powder

1/4 cup oats- or powdered flavourless carbs

1 scoop Vegegreens- or handful of spinach

1/2 cup frozen mango or banana

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 Tbsp Peanut butter

Total Calories: 420kcal

Protein: 40g

Carbs: 38g

Fat: 12g



#5 Avocado toast and scramble

What you need:

1 egg Eggs

1/2 cup Egg whites

1/4 cup Cheese

2 slices of turkey bacon

1 Bell peppers

1 slice Ezekiel Bread

2 tbps. Guacamole or 1/4 avocado shushed up
