BANANA-CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER-PROTEIN MUFFINS!

These are muffins are my favourite!! They are healthy and so DELICIOUS!!

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas

2 cups of all natural smooth peanut butter

2 scoops protein powder ( Can use any flavour- I use chocolate or vanilla)

2 whole eggs

½ cup oats

½ cup walnut (chopped)

¼ cup honey

2tbsp cocoa

2tbsp baking powder

1tbs vanilla extract

½ tsp salt


-Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine all ingredients together except your walnuts in a blender. Blend all together until smooth. Add in walnuts and stir in.

-Spray standard muffin tray and scoop batter in.

-Cook for 15-20 minutes. Cook until muffins have set. Oven times may vary.

Per muffin:

Protein:13.5g

Carbohydrates:20g

Fat:17.5

Total Kcal: 283


To get your totals if your muffins are more or less than 16, take these numbers below and divide by how many muffins you made to get your exact calorie count.

Carbohydrate Total:315g

Fat Total: 280g

Total Kcal: 4525
