FRITTATA RECIPE

RECIPE OF THE MONTH!!

This is one of my favourite recipes, so good!

This is great recipe for a group of people, or if your mornings are busy, and don't have time to make your breakfast. It's also a great meal at anytime of the day.

This recipe makes 6 servings, and I think they taste great warm or cold.


What you need:

6 Eggs

2 Cups Egg Whites

120g Cheese

12 Slices Turkey bacon

400g Potatoes

2 Bell peppers

1/2 Onion




Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Cut up potatoes, bell peppers, and onions into small pieces, set aside. Mix eggs and egg whites, set aside.

Lightly spray tray. Layer potatoes, bell peppers, onion, cheese and turkey bacon, 2-4 times depending on the size and shape of your tray. Pouring egg mixture on top between layers.

Bake for 45min- 1hr, oven times may vary. Make sure the eggs are cooked the whole way through. Let cool and cut into 6 pieces.
