MY GO TO PROTEIN SHAKE!

I LOVE protein shakes. Not only are they delicious, this one is great for you. This shake is healthy and full of vitamins!
Recipe:
1 scoop protein powder- My fav is chocolate peanut butter
1 scoop vege greens
1 scoop glutamine
½ cup almond milk
½ cup water
½ cup mixed frozen berries
½ banana frozen
1tbs peanut butter
Blend all above together. Voila!! If You don’t have Vege greens you can add a handful of spinach, I promise you can’t taste it! If you are trying to put on muscle & size or are having this as a post workout “meal” you can add 1 scoop of powdered carbs, or ½ cup oats. Macronutrient BreakdownTotal Calories: 400kcal
